Frank Burch
Producer/Owner/Crop Specialist
Frank has been in the insurance business since 1984, specializing in farm, crop, and long-term care insurance. He and his wife, Connie, have five children. Frank understands the needs of farm and crop insurance, as he owns his own farm and several acres. Frank earned his Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation in 1999. Frank attends St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Michael Meyer
Producer/Crop Specialist
Michael has been with the agency since 2001. His expertise is working with farm and crop insurance. He is also licensed to sell property and casualty insurance in Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois. Michael lives in Palmyra with his wife, Amanda, and two sons, Augustus and Alden. Michael spends his free time reading, camping, fishing, and playing golf. He and his family are active members of Zion Lutheran Church.
Michele Hopson
Producer/Office Manager
Michele has been with the agency since 2003. She is a fully licensed producer who is knowledgeable in all lines of insurance, licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. Michele lives outside of Palmyra with her husband, Randy. In her free time, she and her husband volunteer to run the Marion County Fair. What she enjoys most is spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Katie Sanders
Producer/CSR
Katie has been with the agency since 2008. She has been a Missouri resident her whole life. She enjoys spending time with her family and three children, especially her grandson Talon. Katie loves watching and attending Cardinal baseball games, watching Hallmark Christmas movies and "Law and Order SVU, along with cooking and baking.
Caitlin Smyser
Producer
Caitlin has been with the agency since 2015, working as a fully licensed producer, licensed in MO, IL and IA. She is a Palmyra native and resides outside of town with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Collins, and fur baby Skye. Caitlin is active with the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce and has served as Chamber president. When she’s not at work, Caitlin enjoys golfing, cooking and hosting family and friends, and watching good true crime series.
Mason Burch
Producer/Crop Specialist
Mason has been with agency part time since 2020 while he was at college. Starting in 2023 Mason became full time after finishing college at the University of Missouri with a degree in Agribusiness Management. Mason specializes in farm and crop insurance. In his free time he is a part of many clubs and organizations such as a board member of Jackson Park Golf Course, Marion County Extension Council, and Great River Tiger Alumni Association.
